Be Clear and Concise and Brief

Quality is Paramount

Keep your articles short (between 400 and 700 words)

You want short sentences and spaced paragraphs

People do not like lengthy, wordy packed tight articles

People respond better when presented with “blurbs” of information

Possibly adding photos, more appealing to the eye

Make sure your points are short and direct

People can forgive small grammar mistakes

But Will Not forgive an article that is full of mistakes

There is no excuse for spelling errors

Most IMPORTANT Leave the Sales Pitch at Home

All you want to do is intrigue them with enough good information or solutions to let them know your information, product or service IS a solution.

Make them need and want to look deeper by clicking through to your site,
to your sales pitch, then possibly make a sale.
